What a week. SO many good releases to check out. It was difficult, not only in sheer quantity, but the quality was good as well. With that said, I’ve got THREE featured albums for you this week and 8 honorable mentions. Something for most everyone too: indie rock, jazz, hardcore, emo, singer-songwriter/folk, some twee pop… even Scottish Indie Rock. Which is of course it’s own thing.
You’ll notice a theme with these featured albums: all three are from super consistent and talented songwriters/bands that may not wow you with a standout track, but consistently deliver high quality albums with no filler.
