Why is this one of my Desert Island Discs?

The dreamy flow and repeating rhythms of this album is a standard go to for me, especially when I’m stressed. I tend toward music with repeated beats and not a lot of switch ups and I love long jammy runs, which their live shows have. With that said, the twists in so many songs never get old. Built to Spill is also a never miss show for me and I’ve probably seen them more than any other band.
