I was 12 and she was 13. We spent a lot of time together. I not only liked her, I really liked her.
I learned that we were moving. I was devastated of course.
I finally told her that I liked her, but that we would move soon. As I gave her a mixtape to remember me by, she told me she knew I liked her. «But your just a small boy, I like them older» she said. She kissed me and said goodbye.
Sweet Dreams was the opening track. And it can still take me back to that day.
