A song you'd like to hear covered by someone else. Which artist?
I'm fascinated by songs which have been written for, or at least offered to, some artist but that artist didnt end up recording the song
So 'Don't you forget about me' was offered to Brian Ferry. 'Hit me baby one more time' was offered to 5ive. Bruce Springsteen wrote 'Hungry Heart' for the Ramones apparently.
This one was supposed to be a song for Elvis Presley....I would have loved to have heard Elvis sing it
