The lyrics don't exactly fit, but it's about that conflicting feeling of being homesick and the motivation to make something of yourself- but that means you have to leave. I'm trying to remind myself, as I sit with my roommates and friends watching the Umbrella Academy, that I came here for a good reason, and I have many moments where I am excited and convinced I'm gonna succeed. But I also really miss my family, friends, pets, and the familiar neighborhoods I grew up in with my high school (of people who know me) around the corner more than anything.
