Listening to Jason's Puget Sound mixtapes had me revisiting a couple of records from the early 200's that I haven't listened to in ages.
This is a song from Scotland's own Idlewild, whose 2002 album The Remote Part was on constant repeat for me in my early 20's. This is one of my favorite tracks from a record that's full of highlights.
Also, Roddy Woomble sounds like Michael Stipe's secret Scottish love child.
