Crucial Hansard

The second edition of Crucial Playlists will be coming to the blog shortly, but for now here's a playlist of songs by the late Glen Hansard.

Hansard fronted The Frames, was part of the duo Swell Season, and released many solo songs over his 36 years in music. He won both a Grammy and an Academy Award for his work on the romantic musical drama film, Once.

For the mixtape, I didn't necessarily pick all of my favorite songs, as there are many, but instead tried to pick a selection of songs that best represent him as an artist. I hope you enjoy.
