This is my first crucial tracks posting.
I couldn’t think of a better way to start than with the song that got my brand-new Van Halen album destroyed.
I had worked hard to buy two records: this one, and AC/DC’s Back in Black. They were treasures to me.
One day, while I was out, my parents decided to give the Van Halen album a listen. The songs they heard rattled them, because when I got home, both albums were gone—destroyed and sitting in the trash.
I’ll never forget that moment. 😔 Because it just taught me to hide my music 🤘🏼
